The program
Partner booking texts. For bands, musicians, food trucks and other partners who gave Senoia Live Music a mobile number on the partner application or in the partner portal and agreed to receive booking texts. Messages are offers of specific dates at Senoia Beer Co, reminders about an open offer, and booking confirmations. You answer an offer by replying YES or NO. Message frequency varies with bookings and is typically one to three messages per offered date. Nothing is marketed, promoted or sold in these messages.
Consent
You join by giving us your mobile number and ticking the booking-texts box on the partner application at senoialivemusic.com/partners or in the partner portal. The box reads: "Text me booking offers and confirmations for Senoia Beer Co from Senoia Live Music at this number. Message frequency varies with bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Optional, it does not affect your application."
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying, of being booked or of any purchase. By joining you agree to receive automated text messages from Senoia Live Music at the number you provided.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for the cost of text messages under your plan.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you have been removed. Reply START or YES to rejoin. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email stageoffer@dias.cafe.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy
How we handle your number and your consent record is in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
