Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Senoia Live Music ("we", "us") collects from performers, food truck operators and other partners who apply to play or serve at Senoia Beer Co, and from visitors to this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Senoia Live Music runs the booking desk on behalf of the venue; the venue decides who is booked.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us on the partner application or in the partner portal: name, email address, mobile phone number, your act or business name, and booking details such as set length, media links and what you need on the night.
- Messaging preferences: whether you have agreed to receive booking texts, when you agreed, and the wording you agreed to.
- Open mic sign-ups: the name you put on the list and, if you give it, a phone number so the host can reach you.
- Website usage that our hosting provider records in the ordinary way, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your connection.
How we use it
- To book and coordinate with bands, musicians and food trucks for dates at the venue, including offering dates, reminders about an open offer and booking confirmations by text where you have agreed to that.
- To publish the lineup on this website, using the act or business name and the promotional material you chose to make public.
- To run open mic nights.
- To keep our records accurate and to answer your questions.
Text messages
Booking texts are sent only to partners who ticked the booking-texts box on the partner application or in the partner portal. Consent is optional and does not affect your application or your bookings. Reply STOP to any message to stop, HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with anyone. The details are in the Text Messaging Terms.
Who we share it with
- The venue. Senoia Beer Co, which books you, sees your application, profile and bookings.
- Service providers that run this website and send texts and email on our behalf (hosting, database and messaging providers). They process the information only to provide those services.
- Nobody else, except where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Partner records are kept while you are on the roster and for a reasonable time afterwards so that past bookings can be referred to. Messaging consent records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your record.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or by unticking the box in the partner portal.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below.
Children
Open mic nights and shows are open to all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. A performer under 18 applies with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
