Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Programs
Senoia Beer Company runs two text messaging programs. Each has its own sign-up and its own consent.
Partner booking texts. For bands, musicians, food trucks and other partners who gave us a mobile number on the partner application and agreed to receive booking texts. Messages are offers of specific dates, reminders about an open offer, and booking confirmations. You answer an offer by replying YES or NO. Message frequency varies with bookings and is typically one to three messages per offered date.
Taproom news and promotions. For guests who signed up for texts on our website. Messages are about live music, food trucks, events and taproom news. Frequency is up to four messages per month.
Consent
You join a program by giving us your mobile number and ticking the box for that program on the form where you gave it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking with us or of any purchase. By joining you agree to receive automated text messages from Senoia Beer Company at the number you provided.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for the cost of text messages under your plan.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. You will get one final message confirming you have been removed. Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the taproom at the address above.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and coverage.
Privacy
How we handle your number and your consent is set out in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version and its effective date will be posted here.
