This policy explains what personal information Senoia Beer Company LLC ("Senoia Beer Company", "we", "us") collects from guests, partners and staff, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our taproom, our website, our partner booking tools and our text messaging programs.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, mobile phone number, and for bands, musicians and food trucks, your act or business name and booking details.
- Mug Club membership details: name, contact details, membership term and payments recorded at the taproom.
- Messaging preferences: whether you have agreed to receive texts or emails from us, when you agreed, and the wording you agreed to.
- Website usage that our hosting provider records in the ordinary way, such as pages visited and approximate location derived from your connection.
How we use it
- To book and coordinate with bands, musicians, food trucks and sponsors, including offering dates and confirming bookings by text where you have agreed to that.
- To run the Mug Club and keep its records accurate.
- To send news and event promotions by email or text to people who asked for them.
- To keep the taproom and our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We run two separate text programs, each with its own consent:
- Partner booking texts: offers of dates, reminders and confirmations sent to bands, musicians and food trucks who gave us their mobile number on the partner application and agreed to booking texts. Message frequency varies with bookings, typically a few messages per booking.
- Taproom news and promotions: sent only to guests who signed up for texts on our website.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking with us or of any purchase. Our SMS terms are at dias.cafe/senoia-sms-terms.
Who we share information with
We use service providers to run our systems: a database host, a web host, an email delivery service and a text messaging provider. They process information only to provide those services to us. We do not sell personal information. We share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our guests or our staff.
How long we keep it
Booking and membership records are kept while the relationship is active and for as long as our tax and business records require. Messaging consent records are kept for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterwards to show that consent was given.
Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the taproom.
Children
Our messaging programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 for messaging.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and its effective date will be posted here.
